the experience started of badly. we booked 1 x 1 bedroom suite with pool and 2 x 2 bedroom suites with pool. but due to some miscommunications, the rooms we booked are not available and we ended up with 1 x 2 bedroom suite with pool and 1 x 3 bedroom with jacuzzi.
they can only say that the booking agent - agoda and them had a miscommunication and no other suites were available.
we demanded to have the difference refunded as the new arrangement was much cheaper. but to our dismay, the hotel staff informed that agoda will not do the refund.
however, one of the staff thanya, helped us a lot. she got us credit which we can use in any f&b or spa and was very patient when we were upset. the front desk staff was great. helped us constantly with transfers, restaurants bookings
we had a blast at the beach bar. one of the staff told us happy hour starts at 5pm and when we were there at 3 plus, he managed to get the manager to extend the happy hour to us and we ended up having 80 cocktails on that afternoon between 7 of us!
this is definitely a place i will recommend to group of friends, family
