Bad Experinces

The receptionist staffs (ladies) are not nice and friendly, they need to be trained how to serve and communicate with customers better, the lifts are not smell good, lobby, swimming pool and gym are small not like other stars hotel. The receptionist event complaint fir one of our small towels that have a stain coming from cosmetics (foundation) and asked our explanations. After we explained about the stain, they tried to washed and the stain was dissapeared. This is not the way how to treat customers hence we are not recommend to stay at this hotel. This hotels should only have 1 star instead of 4 stars. We really had a bad experience staying at this hotel.
