On arrival we had a welcome drink, which was kind of basic but nice. We were allowed to leave our luggage there but it was not transferred to the room and we had to do it even though they knew we had injuries. The bathroom and the bed area in the room is separated by glass, there is a curtain but I believe that sort of arrangement is not beneficial. We booked the deluxe double room but there was barely any free space in the room, can’t imagine what the double looks like. The worst part was that when leaving I was asking for a taxi to be called and the receptionist simply told me to go outside in the heavy rain and catch one as they can’t call one, appalling service... you can easily find a better hotel that is closer to public transportation.
