Exceptional staff
Pros:
• Simple yet smart and tastefully appointed property. Kudos to the owner.
• Overall, great hospitality. Exceptional customer service by Ms. Anh Pha.
• Impressed with owner’s decision to invest in a KONE elevator system.
Cons:
• In room curtain divider didn’t made sense— it would be better constructed as an L-shape so there are two concurrent usable areas when bathroom is in use, versus current— fridge, basin, clothes rack not accessible if bathroom is occupied.
• Hot water temperature was inconsistent. Had to toggle taps the whole time.
• DND card should be modified as current is not functional— it gets clamped by door due to protruding door frame.
• Not the most convenient of location but you’ll get by.
• Property does not offer taxi service to airport which is odd, only private car limo transfer service.
• There was an elderly driver who sat outside property and constantly touted for business. Claimed to be associated with the hotel. Shady impression.
A good property with minor fixable problems. A very good first impression nonetheless.
