Very friendly and helpful staff

We had a short stay of 2 nights in Bangkok an the Oriental Heritage and it was very nice. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful about city recommendations. Our room was clean and comfortable and not loud, even if the hotel is next to a busy street. We got a voucher for breakfast and wanted to use it for a coffee and bakery instead of the buffet. This was not possible and the only point of improvement in our opinion. We would definitely come back to Bangkok an the Oriental Heritage Residence.
