i don't leave reviews but had to on this one....we been travelling thailand and when we arrived at phuket we wanted some where to chill for 2 days before heading off again. we read this hotel online and it sounded perfect with a nice swimming pool..however yes it did have a swimming pool but it was empty well only little bit of dirty water in it..shame i can't add photos on here. at the back there was scaffolding and midday when we tried to chill all we heard was loud banging noises from them....we only stayed 1 night in the end and carried on our travels...ive tried getting a refund back through chat on here however only reply i got was we have a swimming pool and free of charge why would i want a refund..joke really..so i wouldn't recommend this hotel...i rate it 1 out of 10..
