Beachfront room with amazing view

We ware traveling in the low season (beginning of June), so the price of the hotel was very reasonable. The room facility is more than average. I would recommend the sea view beachfront room, best when you are on the ground floor, so you can access the beach from your front door. Overall we love the place.
One thing, we accidentally booked an extra night in which we were not able to stay. We asked the hotel kindly to at least, get half price voucher to spend in the hotel, but the manage did not approved to give us refund or any voucher even though Agoda tried to contacted her/him before. The front staff only said ‘the room is already cheap. So no refund’.
We do understand about the non refund policy but we think they could have put more afford and showed more empathy to guests.
