pros: best location, across the street from Danny’s restaurant (you MUST go), you can use the pool and resort amenities from Blue Andaman (1 m walk)
cons: fan room is MISERABLE - the rooms are made of gray concrete and are very small, so it heats up very quickly and stays hot. i wish we had spent the extra money on AC room. the wifi is shit & slow, really frustrating. the last con is that the host is VERY pushy with you either A) staying more nights or B) buying your transportation to the next place from her. both of those means she wants more money from you, which is fair and i understand she is running a business, but she is so pushy about it. we couldn’t walk to or from our room without her constantly asking for more money. one time she even opened our door and came into the room to ask! maybe it’s a cultural thing, but i found it quite off putting.
all in all, it’s a pretty good place to stay for cheap & great location. wasn’t the worst stay, but also wasn’t the best.
