Wow! we've never been this impressed with the hotel experience.. the staff took care of us since we haven't stepped out of the car. They are all friendly, polite and helpful especially Max :) The room is super spacious, clean, and well-decorated. The bed is MASSIVE and very comfy. It made us never wanted to leave the room. Also, the jacuzzi completes the room. It's super cozy when we play the music from our phones via smart tv and just relax in the water.
My husband and I are very glad to find this place and we'll definitely come back again whenever we visit Pattaya. Thank you The Gems for making our trip unforgettable !
