Should and could be better

Great location, near Chiang Mai Gate with the nearby markets. However, the hotel is in rather non-descript lane with little in its favour.
Friendly staff who try to do the right thing. However we struggled with both the wifi and the air-conditioner (both essential).
Would I stay there again? Possibly, but I would prefer to look around for somewhere else,

Great place to stay, central to old town
Nice little hotel, with good room service, variety of breakfast, clean rooms, but small windows and pool. Pool is only to get quickly fresh but not for swimming.

Comfortable journey
Quiet environment, very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly. I'll check in again next time.

Great hotel and freindly staff
Stayed here for 3 nights hotel is brand new and has great staff very freindly and helpfull would recomend

Quite new and in great shape
Very convenient hotel. Everything new and working (water pressure could be better though). Small and cosy, good value for money!
