price on Agoda not honoured

This was a nice place to stay, really comfortable beds and lots of space in the room. There was also a TV and fridge which was nice.
However, I payed 100 baht more per night than the agreed price on Agoda. The prices on Agoda are wrong, not sure if this is a lie to get you to come or not. We paid as we were tired and didn't want to go somewhere else.
The location is good for the bus station, but not great got anything else. There are a few little restaurants and shops next door, but everything else is a 20-30 minute walk away.
Would have been nice to have washing machines rather than per kilo laundry.
If paying an extra 100 baht per night still seems reasonable, then book. Otherwise give it a miss

Cant get closer to the bus
Only complaint is that my room was next to the water service pump so with the window open in a fan room (17) its annoying.

Pretty basic and clean guest house
Nice guest house , clean location and nice locality. Pretty basic room.
