Did not Meet Expectations

My stay did not meet my expectations. The facilities at the hotel were adequate and up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. The staff were kind but most were young and require more training. For example, at the restaurant the waiter rarely stopped by to check on my table. I always had to get up to get their attention. Overall it was overpriced considering the experience and compared to other 4 to 5 star hotels on Koh Samui

It was really relaxing and a very quiet location.
