A big disappointment

This was my 3rd stay in the hotel. The first two stays were under the Langham management and the last stay under the local management. What a big disappointment. What happened to this property? What happened to the great service of the past? what happened to the exclusivity, the style and all the little specials? Definitely my last stay. I guess the good comments here on this site come from people who rarely stay in such places and who have definitely not known the old 'Langham Place'. But then, if you like lukewarm filter coffee for breakfast, waiting lines at the buffet and fruit juices from the tetra-pack, then you are right there. And since holiday makers have time, I guess most people don't mind calling the room attendant 5 times a day to request shampoo, towels, turn down service and and and. I loved the place before because of the outstanding service and the great attention to details. There is no reason to go there otherwise since there is no usable beach. Luckily, there is plenty of choice of well run properties all over the country.
