Helpful staff and good value for money

I booked the hotel under my name for 4 nights but only arrived 1 day later as my flight was overbooked. Emailed the hotel to allow my friend who traveled separately to check-in as scheduled, they were prompt in writing back & accommodated my friend with no issues.

When I finally arrived the next night, the staff were attentive & helped with my bags up to our standard bungalow (up on a slope). Our room was basic but clean. We really enjoyed the infinity pool & jacuzzi by the Deluxe Pool Access rooms and would recommend that for anyone considering to stay at Sarikantang.

Sarikantang is conveniently located near the centre but away from the noise. One comment that I would have is the beach that the hotel's on - Leela Beach has alot of rocks and seaweed in the shallow waters, hence not the best beach to for a dip/swim. Sunrise beach which is 10 min walk away is much better for beach lounging/ water activities.
