Good location

I always stay at this hotel several times because of its location to the beach and bars. However , the cracks are now beginning to show . It's obvious the hotels owners are living on past dreams as their prices keep going up but they are failing to maintain this hotel . Unless you stay on a regular basis you will not notice that it's steadily going downhill . I'm going to Samui again this April and I may not stay at this hotel again for these reasons good location or not . Staff are a bit quirky but overall fine . Close to beach and everything . Breakfast is fine ( outside no air con). Regular traveller to Thailand .
