Good service and up to standard

The hotel overall is good. The Elements is situated far from Ao Nang just 20 minutes away. However, the concierge or front desk staff seems doesn't have the local knowledge when arranging the tour for us. They rented the long tail boat to Koh Hong for us but couldn't provide the clear schedule. They just gave us the brochure but finally the boat took us a few Island and didn't finish the entire schedule that we had. It's better to book with tour company.
