Nice location, clean and well maintained

this is a modest hotel just a few hundred meters from the beach. it is beautifully maintained and very clean. the free wifi was fast and reliable. the rooms are big and comfortable. everything worked including the small flat-screen tv, the fridge and the hot water heater in the shower. i'm an early riser so i was happy to be able to make instant coffee in the room. the breakfast was modest but adequate: eggs, toast, ham, sausage, juice, fruit and coffee or tea.

although the higher rooms might have an ocean view, my lower level room did not. the beach is only five minutes away. there are a number of shops and restaurants nearby.
