we didn't stay in THIS villa

When we checked in, the staff said the villa was FULL! But we have booked through Agoda and paid the full amount long time ago. They said they have arranged us to another villa under the same corporation (Wings) which is 10 mins drive away. I was shocked and annoyed because I chose Oxygen instead of Wings. If I preferred Wings, I would book it at the beginning! And luckily we drove our own car! If not there would be a fuss carrying our baggage going here and there. I mean if you are overbooked and have assigned us to Wings at the beginning, then you should inform me earlier, not when I showed up at the reception ready to check in. I didn't want to spoil our holidays, so I didn't protest. But the staff at Wings understood my frustration, so they gave us a free meal to compensate. And the rooms at Wings are great though.

Excellent choice for small family or group

Very clean and serene stay
It was my second time staying here. It was a great stay as it was very quiet and far away from the crowds. Each villa had a pool and is very private. One definitely needs a car/ motorcycle/ some sort ... อ่านต่อ
