Villa is good

The villa is lovely. Was on honeymoon so we requested for long pool, the request was granted. There were only two of us but they gave us the big villa (3 bedroom villa), the rooms were locked throughout our stay but the master bedroom with sunken bath tub was good enough for us.
You must rent a car if you going to stay in this villa. Google map was great, it bring us to the villa location without trouble. There's a Tesco supermarket nearby so you can buy all the food if you would like to cook at the villa. All kitchen appliances are available in the villa. 30 mins drive to Patong area.
the only downside is the mosquitoes. You must keep your main door shut the whole time because there are just too many mosquitoes!!
Overall, recommended if you prefer to stay away from Patong Beach.
