Better than we expected!

room was spacious, charming and clean. towels were changed daily. staff was attentive and very helpful. breakfast was fine.

bathrooms could use and overhaul. and neighboring howling should be put our of our misery.

Affordable accomodation
Really close to Chiang Rai's famous place - Clock tower. Night market, is of course, walking distance. Eventhough the facilities are well used (you'd feel vintage), overall, meets satisfactory.
