Great location
The location of the hotel is great ! Far enough to be quiet and peaceful from Bangla Road, but yet near enough to walk. Anyhow Tuk Tuk ride will cost between 200 - 300 THB, 1 way. There is also a row of seafood eateries just around the corner, only at night. But in the morning, do try the Chicken Rice shop - said to be the best in Patong area. Although I much prefer the local soup noodles at the end of the street.
As for the hotel, the staff are quick to reply our room reservations and accommodate my room upgrade - at a reasonable price. Despite a little "defect" in my room toilet, I was surprised that the maintenance staff attended to it immediately, even at 3am in the morning.
It was a small hiccup, but the next morning they managed to resolve the issue. The rest of my stay was comfortable and enjoyed the bigger upgraded room. It would have been great if the "plunge pool" was bigger and deeper. But I guess that might serve a better purpose to family with kids. Overall I like the quiet and privacy of the room (#214).
Will we come back again ? YES... Clean room, with ample number of towels provided. Toiletries are sufficient too.
