Dirty rooms, lazy staff

We spend 5 days here because of the good recommendations. But after 5 days I can not understand these reviews. The staff is very lazy and unfriendly. The food is only average. There is a nice restaurant nearby called Phad Thai Rock n Roll were we really enjoy the food and friendly staff. The most important to know is that the rooms are NOT clean. The bed sheets and pillows are very dirty. I complained these two times but staff only changed 2 small pillows. There are many better rooms nearby e.g. Kantiang view resort or Pimalai Resort were we stayed before.

Nothing else compares

one of the best hotels I've stayed ever
clean room, tasty breakfast, nice staff, beautiful view, easy access of 711 and kating beach nearby. experience in the hotel definitely worth the price!
