Hotel perfect -restaurant would not recommend

The hotel is lovely, really clean and in a great location. Close to everything but off the main road so still quiet. Taxis are so cheap but your also near the bts to get where ever you want. Reception was helpful. Only downfall was the restaurant - the staff were rude. I got my meal waited 10 mins then decided I best start eating it as it was going cold, ate all my meal and waited another 10 mins and my partners meal still hadn't arrived!! We asked for it to be cancelled and they tried to charge us for it still, they charged us a service fee even though we got no service. The staff was rude and the manager they put me on the phone to was even worse. It really put us off as the hotel was perfect but that experience would stop us going back there.

Big room
Room were big, toilet were big, even bigger than the 5 star hotel room i stay.

Fantastic place near BTS and MRT

Good hotel near Terminal 21
