Very average but Very Quiet in a Great Location

This hotel is perfectly located if you want somewhere quiet that is walking distance from the Walking Street/ beachfront area. All of the rooms that open onto the interior courtyard are very, very quiet. No loud bars outside to keep you awake!
That said... if you have any interest in television...don't come here! Very old old television sets with terrible reception.
All staff were very nice in friendly, but I downgraded my rating to 3 stars because a staff member actually opened my door and woke me up at 2:00 AM! I woke up in a panic when I heard my door open...which soon closed when I shouted "Hey!". The staff member in the hallway told me "ohhh... a customer told me the wrong room number!".

so...safety here might also be a concern

Room fit for budget traveler.
