Happy stay in soi 13

Only negatives: (1) Hot water was evidently only available on the upper floors. After they moved me from the third to the fifth floor the problem was resolved. (2) Do not use the ATM in soi 13 closest to the entrance, about 20 m towards the beach. I got ripped off with ludicrous charges- when I drew 10000 baht I was charged 1234 baht in charges, now I'm trying to resolve the issue with Mastercard.
