Our room has a very stunning view of pool+beach. Though staff can be more polite and helpful.

Hotel location is about 1hr 20mins from Phuket Airport, very stunning view from our room which has a pool access and overseeing full view of the beach. Staff are not friendly & not helpful. We requested for extra glasses as my friends visit from nearby hotel but the housekeeping staff are rude to even go in our room without permission to check how many of us staying in the room and use the phone to call reception. Reception staff was not helpful when we asked for adapter to use for charging, she asked me to come to the reception & take it. Heater in the shower room has the intermittent heat coming from the shower, one moment it’s cold one moment it’s very hot! Foods are costly in the hotel. I’ve bucket will cost 25 baht and staff were rude when asking to sign the receipt. There were nearby restaurants and convenient store just outside the hotel. Will not consider to stay there anymore. We prefer hotel with more friendly staff.l though hotel view is really beautiful.

Great location for beach frontage
We enjoyed our stay and extended it to stay longer. Beach frontage was very relaxing and staff were very friendly and accommodating. For an adults resort it is highly recommended. Good value for money... อ่านต่อ
