Bed bugs and poor customer service

After the third night of my four night stay here I was covered head to toe in itchy red bites, consistent with bed bugs. The staff on reception were helpful and offered me a new room; however they were surprised as my room had been ‘cleaned’. If they believe that a dusting of a room can get rid of bed bugs then they are wrong; whoever is currently in this room is certainly also covered in bites. After being relocated I broached the subject of a refund for at least the 3 nights I stayed in the infested room, however the owner refused to refund me any more than one night’s stay. I asked to speak directly to the owner about this issue however they refused to speak to me as they were ‘too busy’. I found it rude and cowardly that they would outright reject my request, let alone speak to me about it. Overall - the staff at reception were helpful and did all they could. However, if you don’t want to be treated rudely by management and bitten to pieces by bed bugs, then avoid this hotel.

The pictures on Website look much better then in real. The Bed very hars and old.
Better look for other Hotel. Everything little bit old. Rezeption Staff nice, but room Service not clean every Day. Cleaning the bathroom means spraying a water hose through it and that's it. Not one ... อ่านต่อ
