this was a big disappointment for us. We travel frequently and we only stay in 4 * hotels. This resort is in need of a desperate renovation. The pool villa's outside deck needs a do over. A lot of screws were loose and the lights were not all working. Upon arrival, there was no one to properly welcome us, and there was no welcome drink. I had to ask for it and we received it in our room. The room was not properly cleaned and there is alot of work to be done in this resort. Breakfast was also a disaster. We asked for bacon, and the answer we got, was there was none left...really. it is high season. and we were eaten alive by all the bugs outside by the breakfast. there was no pest control done. the fruit was hot and not cold, the food was really awfull. this is not 4 * quality and they are giving the other hotels that deserve their 4 * a bad name. it really is a shame, because once upon a time this resort must have been so beautifull,
