We experienced several issues with strict rules, poor management and lack of compassion. You need to be aware that there is an additional charge for the swimming pool. We intended to stay for 3 weeks which would have stung us with quite a substantial bill at a cost of £1.25 per person, per day. Although advertising a fitness suite, this is not the case, there are two fitness bikes next to the swimming pool. My girlfriend was heavily pregnant so I requested a second key so I could go out shopping while she was resting. This was not allowed "1 room, 1 key" was the response from the manager. On one occasion I left the key in the room while we went to the pool. When I asked to be let back into my room I was informed there would be a charge. This was a punishment to teach me to be more careful with my key. I obviously disputed but they refused to let me into the room until I paid. Walls are paper thin, laundry is expensive, no iron available, only one manager speaks English. Very poor!
