Great bungalow In a good peaceful area
i liked this place a lot as it was peaceful and tranquil and the bungalow i stayed in was very clean and well presented. only downside is that the area really is well out the way , its great if your looking for that peace and quiet but an absolute nightmare to get to the full moon party if you want a night out in haadrin as taxis are expensive and the last one back to the resort is 4am which is pretty early to be coming back from a full moon party !! roads are terrible coming up to the resort from the pier and dangerous in the rainy season and as i was a solo traveller and hardly anyone stays in this area getting a taxi was a nightmare so had to rent a moped at the pier and drive through the trecehrous roads in the dark but saying that i knew what i was getting myself in for so can't complain about that really.
a big recommendation is they need to invest in wi-fi for the rooms massively as most resorts in thailand have them and in modern times people like to have wi-fi in the comfort of their own rooms. owners are helpful and the thai woman speaks fluent english so no communication problems when dealing with things and they make you feel at home.
get a moped for this resort , you will need it as its far from everything in ko phanang and the ride round the island is a decent highlight anyways, do it its great fun.
