great location but needs a face lift

We really loved the beach but the dogs can get nasty as they were in 'matting season' and during the night the can get aggressive. the place needs a bit more light as there is a walk to the bungalow but it is worthwhile because the views are nice. Our bungalow was quite pricey for thai standards and we were expecting it to be better maintained. However, if you do not expect anything more than average room on a great beach and cheap nice restaurant, this a a good place to stay.

Best place in Koh Phangan
