There is no one to welcome us

We reach @ 12:15 am and there is no one in disk area we wait and calling for 20 min . In the check out the front disk lady she don’t even look at me when she talk .. it’s look that we have personal issues and I never see here before.
I think this hotel should be 4 star hotel not 5 star
