Gd location but lack attention

Good location. We have got some problems 1.) I have booked twin bed but we got double bed (just informed us when we arrived at 9:30hrs) 2.)we have left the luggages at Lobby and got back at 17:30hrs. There is no safety box provide in the room. We call the guest service said we need to wait cause Engineering is out of office, it may takes time minimum 2-3hrs to got it. I told that we couldn’t accept it due to we come early at hotel and already late check-in for room, it should not missed thing (lack attention of guest facilities) After, Jane/receptionist was handled this matter by herself by bringing the safety box in our room.

Nice, Comfort and Really Big Room

Convenient and comfortable apartments
