Needs further improvement

Upon arrival they weren't aware of our Agoda booking which is our first time to experience this. Most likely the 2-bedroom suites we ordered were not available so we were "lucky" to be upgraded to a 3-bedroom suite, unfortunately a room which was not ready for use: superficially ok but in the cupboards etc. very dirty, no door in wardrobe, no remotes for airco's, no electricity for fride, no cable for tv, balcony door in 1 bedroom was barely fitting. Manager though seemed a nice guy, arranged remotes for 3/4 airco's and cable for the tv and put the door of the wardrobe outside the room. Nearby there's a nice evening market. Proximity to Bitec and Mega Bangna are also a plus. Breakfast was very limited: fried rice, eggs, ham and bread. Taste was ok. In 1 year from now this hotel (only 6 years old) will either be further deteriorated to not usable anymore or, if the manager has the will and finances, upgraded to a very nice place to stay. Maintenance will be the key issue.

Great value for money in a huge 53m suite

Room is spacious and good location
The hotel is quite old but clean. Good value and located in a convenient area. Breakfast choice is very limited. Staff was nice and helpful.
