Great service by staff and awesome suite facilities!

Location is good as it feels safe even at night. Easily located as we can see the suite name from far.
Cleanliness of hotel is excellent! We never fail to come back to a very clean suite daily. Every room has a toilet designated which is another plus point!
Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. We are Muslims and we can't eat their breakfast due to religions practice. But they never fail to Ensure we get to fill our tummy with our requests for a simple toast with boiled eggs.
It is easy to communicate with the staff despite language barrier and they are very helpful every single day to help us with our shopping goods once we reached at the drop off point at the hotel.
I've had a good impression even before checking in as the customer service replied to my emails promptly prior to my stay to answer all my queries!
I'm extremely happy with the hospitality provided! Definitely will be back again next time!
