Overpriced hotel and poor customer service

Everything you read about this hotel on different reviews are true. It is overpriced and the rooms are old and not well maintained. The worst thing about the hotel , and always a recurrent theme on the reviews that I should have read before booking is the cold, unfriendly and rude staff, mainly the lady at reception who is so abrupt and obviously not interested in your well being or comfort but more into how to make more money out of you. The room is furnished with old furniture and not well maintained. Towels are dirty and smelly. The idea of their continental breakfast is one coffee, one very small juice, 3 small pieces of fruit and a pancake. The pictures on the website are so dated and don't look like anything in real life. Nearby resorts are equally well situated and much nicer inside for exactly same price and often cheaper. Don't book if you don't want to be disappointed.

Ok location, but by plain and worn down rooms.

Very basic
