Lovely stay!
We stayed here for 2 nights in Nov 2016 and I must say it was a very pleasant experience for us. It is a free 10 minboat transfer away from Tonsai Pier (just look out for a guy in green holding up a sign saying "Blue Sky") - be prepared to get your legs wet as you jump off the long boat onto the beach.
We stayed at the beach front bungalow which is a charming large room with modern amenities - we had to request for a kettle and hairdryer but these were readily provided. The sea view was gorgeous!!! And it is fairly quiet with the exception of the passing long tail boats but this should not bug you much at all.
The staff, Joe included, were all helpful and friendly and we managed to book a half day trip to Maya Bay and Phi Ley Bay etc with the hotel for a good price. Breakfast wasn't included in our stay but they threw that in for free anyway - breakfast is a simple affair but tasty and sufficient.
In short, we would definitely come back to stay if we visit Phi Phi again!
