Disappointed with housekeeping

Location is excellent, close to Patong beach and Bangla Road. rooms are clean and wifi connection is strong. however, we were very disappointed with the housekeeping. they left our rooms with cups unwashed for days and didn't clear rubbish bins even though it was full to the brim.
