A.) The rooms are much smaller than the photos make it appear as are most other features indicated. B.) Can't get a second set of towels routinely ordered from housekeeping, even though I bathe twice a day due to humidity, but you can check out two beach towels per day. Same difference just a hassle to the customer. C.) If you wish to invite a third party up to your room you have to pay 800 B, ($25) extra even though it costs the Hotel nothing to have a visiting guest for an hour, yet they claim to be guest friendly, so no visitors. D.) You can NOT call out of the hotel using your room phone. You have to go down to the front desk and use a cell phone for 70 B ($2.25) It was just as cheap to take a Tuk Tuk down the road to the Dental Office and make the appointment directly. E.) The Manager tried to lecture me on their "policies" in her high pitched nasal whine in front of people at the front desk. Hotel sooooo BAD!!!!!!!
