So-so

Booked and paid for a Superior Twin Bed room with an extra bed for 3D2N. Upon check-in, the extra bed was not there and it's only be added after we confronted receptionist.
Wanted to borrowed an iron but was told that it's finished. I am fine with that as it's Saturday night with the hotel had been fully booked maybe.
On second day (Sunday evening), there're only 2 sets of toiletries and water prepared in our room although we have paid for 3. Again, I asked to borrow an iron but this round, the receptionist requested me to call the housekeeping department. So did I and the answer I got is merely "no iron".
It comes without a proper shower place (for our Superior Twin Bed room, not sure what about other room types). Taking shower in a bathtub is not a good experience. Height of the bathtub is not safe for kids and elderly, even for adults sometimes.
My roommate found a small cockroach in the bathroom.

Superb stay and very friendly staff

Relevantly good
