Business trip

Too many noisy Chinese guests, their children running around screaming, in the dining areas are the worst. The hotel needs to address the breakfast buffet food area (or offer a guest a choice of areas to eat). The hotel MUST protect the food from guests: sampling/ tasting the food and putting it back, touching food with bare hands, sneezing on the food, children running around the food areas and basic simple hygiene is protection is lacking.
