a over priced hotel

Hotel with such high rates in an location of a view that will NOT definitely make you feel like VALUE FOR MONEY.. its way over priced comparing to any other hotels in the entire city. The room's hot/cold shower works poorly, its always either super hot or super cold. the free breakfast was average, although there wasn't any buffet breakfast which you would expect in such high priced (so called) 4 stars hotel. I hope the management takes care of their services to meet the standard for hotel facilities and services for such price they're charging.

วันที่เข้าพัก พนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่มี การจองมา แต่ตรวจสอบในอีเมลล์แล้วถึงพบ พนักงานแจ้งว่าไฟดับทำให้ระบบเสีย ถ้าเกิดวันนั้นเช็คอินช้า อาจไม่มีที่พัก รบกวนปรับปรุงเรื่องนี้หน่อยครับ
