We arrived late at night to the resort (Our flight had gotten delayed and it took some time for our taxi driver to find the place). The guard at the door took our bags and handed us a key. when we entered our villa though, we quickly realized that another couple was staying there. They promptly chased us out, leaving us to try to explain to the guard that he had given us the wrong key. He called the manager, who told us she gave the room away because we were late. She ended up putting us in a vacant villa. we didn't have a lot of time to look at the property as we departed at 0800 the next morning. The villa we slept in was spacious and had tons of amenities such as fridge, utensils, TV, and wifi. It might have been a one off thing, but our experience wasn't very pleasant.
