Great location, but hotel is not as expected

Located close to Samitivej Hospital and there's a convenient store in the first building of the hotel. Advertised itself like a Japanese-standard hotel, but it's below expectation. There were bugs in the bed we had to change the room. No view to see from the room apart from the front/back buildings. Breakfast was not good. Staff was quite helpful though.

Hotel staff was very nic e and helpful (especially the lady we met during the check in). We had the room on the 7th. Floor which had a good seaviiew and we could enjoy the sunset in the evening. Hote... อ่านต่อ
