Know your expectations. Mine is clear. I like its design and that's what I'm looking for. After a long day full of meetings, I want a quiet place that my eyes enjoy. Ir-On gave that to me. The lobby area is small but warm and inviting. Staff are eager to help, despite their English skill. I ask them to book the taxi via Grab (since I found most drivers were quickly dismissed me when they couldn't understand my destination, which is not a touristic place).
There is no breakfast. It was my biggest hesitation but I asked ahead and they informed me about nearby choices. Turned out, there are coffee place 5 minutes walk open from 7 a.m, another from 8 am and more around 9 am. All with good coffee and breakfast. They are not cheap but it's the price of specialty coffee in most big cities.
I enjoy my room. I had quality sleep. I appreciate the free minibar, spacious shower area and plenty of light (good for work). The right price with the facility I got.
