Worst hotel I have ever seen with un-coperative staff
I booked the Superior Triple Room for 2 night - 3 days. Room photos which are displayed on Agoda was with window either Sea view or Swimming pool view.
During check-in Hotel staff gave us the room on ground floor. Just next to window there was water pumping station, no view at all. The noise from the pump was so loud that windows were vibrating, hotel staff lied to us that the noise is from Laundry machine.
Moreover the entire room was full of gas smell due to gas pipeline. On first day we asked staff to provide room freshener, at first they argued that it is not included in price and I need to buy myself, finally once we talked with Hotel manager he provided one spray free.
Hotel staff themselves didn't knew how many guest are stayed in the room. On both days we need to call & ask for 3rd towel, coffee cup, soap. On first day hotel staff argued with us that only two towels and coffee cups will be free for third one we need pay additional money.
