I would never return

the good surprise is that we were four people, we booked a superior triple and actually it had a double bed and two single beds. The hotel is very old, not proper windows in the room, the fridge was leaking,breakfast very simple. Bathtub not clean enough to use and since it had been raining we also did not have hot water, they said they had problems but for me could be that they use solar system and no other way, so no sun no hot water. I thought it would be closer to night bazaar but it was quite a walk. The price was good but Chiang Mai has other options! The swimming pool looked nice but we did not use because it was rainning!

all is dirty including towels but good location .
small bed and dirty room . it should not be 3 star hotel.

I love the pool, rooms are large and airy - it's time to upgrade the tv's and the cable package

Very helpful staff
Clean room.. But, worn out used slippers, no toilet paper in bath room.
