Dont drink water at Lobby coffee machine, some workers try to save small money ~30 bht by filling up the water container themself instead of getting it from shop.
i actually got bad stomach pains and diarrhea from drinking it, later on the evening I saw how they filled it on tap water behind the office.
Also they try make business with key to in room safe, they clain it has 20 bht price per day and deposit 1000 bht.. Obviously no need to pay if can show them room description from agoda app.
They are doing renovations in some rooms and corridors and rooms are dusty, even the coat hangers have lot of dust in them. Cleaner ladies doing their best but cant help it if house renovating brings dust around.
Even after small disappointments this is nice and cozy hotel, maybe need some change in management or new guidelines to make it more better for customers.
