a nice comfortable dump

the hotel is old and rather dreary. the water pressure in the shower was not great. what i liked best about the hotel was the spaciousness of the lobby, the room and the recreational areas. the price was right. it is a good hotel to use as a base in chiang mai but if you are the kind of person who likes to live in luxurious surroundings, you won't be happy at the prince. the nearby restaurants are awful and rundown.

all is dirty including towels but good location .
small bed and dirty room . it should not be 3 star hotel.
