It took over an hour to check in.

I had booked the hotel a night early accidently. We took the night train in from Bangkok. We arrived in the morning and it took over an hour to check in to a room that I had paid for the night before, that they wouldn't refund. When we finally got in the room the power was out. The beds are horrible and I would suggest you don't stay there. Loved Chiang Mai though!

Love it
We stayed here for 18 very pleasant days. The hotel sits a few bocks away from the old city but an easy walk to there or the night market. Will stay again.
